The surrounding natural environment shapes the development from the ground up. Landscaping plays a central role in how residents move through and experience the precinct, with communal spaces — including a shared barbecue area and a dry riverbed playground — deliberately integrated to encourage informal interaction and a sense of neighbourhood.
