Building F3 at Bankstown Airport’s heritage-listed industrial complex underwent a thorough refurbishment as part of the precinct-wide upgrade programme, with the warehouse reconfigured and upgraded to accommodate a new stationery wholesaler tenant.

Project details
The works were comprehensive: new switchboards, lighting and power upgrades, a full fire system upgrade including a new sprinkler system, new mechanical air conditioning, a complete roof replacement and a façade upgrade incorporating new windows. The adjoining two-storey office building was refurbished in its entirety — new amenities, kitchens, ceilings and a full replacement of services throughout.
Forge managed the project from start to finish, covering design team procurement, authority approvals, stakeholder consultation, contractor management through construction and obtaining the occupation certificate.
