Project details
The facility brings together over 200 global suppliers, with more than 100 exhibitors showcasing products and integrated building and home solutions across a retail and exhibition environment of considerable scale and complexity. Delivering a project of this nature — coordinating planning, managing extensive fitout works and meeting all compliance requirements across a space this large — required meticulous programme management and close attention to the sequencing of works.
Forge managed the process through to a successful store launch, ensuring the finished environment performed as both a high-quality retail destination and a functional exhibition centre capable of accommodating the demands of a major international operator entering a new market.
