Project details

The scope encompassed a major refurbishment and reconfiguration of the existing building, including design team procurement, concept development, detailed design, tender documentation, contractor procurement and management, authority approvals, stakeholder coordination and occupation certification.

A key consideration throughout was keeping the centre operational. Two tenants continued trading across the full construction period, requiring careful staging of works to ensure a seamless transition into their new tenancies without disruption to trade. Beyond the internal reconfiguration, the redevelopment introduced a new common walkway along the building frontage and an external lift — improvements that enhance accessibility and functionality for tenants and visitors alike.
