Project details
The development is substantial in both scale and variety. A two-storey commercial building provides a row of shops and office units, while a two-storey, 120-place childcare facility fronting Birdwood Road delivers an important community asset, complete with outdoor play area and dedicated drop-off. Medium-scale warehouses and light industrial tenancies are supported by 102 car parking spaces across the commercial areas, with additional carparking serving the warehouse component.
Forge’s involvement began at master planning stage — assisting with site strategy, securing government approvals, procuring consultants and managing the design process through to contractor procurement and construction management. The project is currently under construction.
