207 Pacific Highway comprises of two multi-level A-Grade commercial office buildings each with ground floor retail. Building A comprises of six upper levels of office with a net lettable area of 7,435 sqm2 and Building B has 10 upper office levels and a net lettable area of 12,520 sqm2. The building was constructed in 2002 and has a three-level basement car park for 198 cars shared between the buildings.  Given the growing competition in North Sydney, Altis acknowledged the need to upgrade the building amenity to ensure the draw of tenants.

The project involved the refurbishment of the lobbies in both buildings and the upgrade of the internal and external wayfinding signage.

The project management scope was to manage the project from concept design to obtaining the Occupation Certificate (OC) including procuring and managing the design team, obtaining all relevant authority approvals, key stakeholder communication, procuring and managing the main contractor.

The key feature of the Lobby A refurbishment was to create a brighter look while maintaining a tight budget.  In contrast the lobby project at Building B was a significant refurbishment with the space reactivated with the introduction of a spiral staircase as the key design feature.  The wayfinding upgrade sought to improve the buildings identity and provide a draw to potential future tenants.
