207 Pacific Highway comprises of two multi-level A-Grade commercial office buildings each with ground floor retail. Building A comprises six upper levels of office with a net lettable area of 7,435 sqm2 and Building B has 10 upper office levels and a net lettable area of 12,520 sqm2. The building was constructed in 2002 and has a three-level basement car park for 198 cars shared between the buildings. Given the growing competition in North Sydney Altis acknowledged the need to upgrade the building amenity to ensure the draw of tenants.
The project involved the refurbishment and expansion of the existing End of Trip Facility (EOTF) within the shared loading dock of the buildings.
The project management scope to the project from start to finish including procuring and managing the design team, obtaining all relevant authority approvals, consulting with the key stakeholders, procuring and managing the main contractor during construction and obtaining the Occupation Certificate (OC).
The key feature of the project was to expand the existing EOTF incorporating high end, contemporary finishes throughout to improve the amenity for tenants.
