3 & 5 Rider Boulevard are two modern A-Grade assets completed in 2005 and 2008 respectively, with a total net lettable area of 41,700sqm2, including 815 car parking spaces.  The building is owned by Altis Property Partners, who identified the need to upgrade the amenity of the building to maintain the buildings competitive edge.

The project involved the refurbishment of both the existing End Of Trip Facilities (EOTF) at 3 & 5 Rider Boulevard with the facility at 5 Rider Boulevard being significantly expanded.

Forge’s scope included procuring and managing the design team, obtaining all relevant authority approvals, consulting with the key stakeholders, procuring and managing the main contractor during construction and obtaining the Occupation Certificate (OC).

The key aspiration for the project was to achieve a high-end finish, within the constraints of the budget. This was achieved by staging the End of Trip Facility works to minimise tenant disruption.
