133 Castlereagh Street is in the heart of the Sydney CBD between Market and Park Street.  The tower comprises 27 office levels and five levels of public and permanent car parking. The office tower is connected to a two-level shopping centre comprised of more than 40 retail outlets, with a secondary entrance from 222 Pitt Street.  Investa recognised the dark and gloomy feel to the lobby agreeing that a new look was needed.

The project involved the refurbishment and rejuvenation of the existing lobby.

The project management scope took the project from start to finish including procuring and managing the design team, obtaining all relevant authority approvals, consulting with the key stakeholders, procuring and managing the main contractor and obtaining the Occupation Certificate (OC).

The key feature of the project was to provide a newer, brighter feel for the space while maintaining a tight budget and ensure minimal tenant disruption.
