111 Pacific Highway is a landmark A-Grade 24-storey office tower with a total nett lettable area of 18,697sqm2.  The building is owned by Investa who took the opportunity to upgrade the common areas of the floor with the make good of the floor off the back of a tenant vacating to assist in releasing the space.

The project involved the make good of Level 21 back to an open plan layout and the refurbishment of both the lift lobby and common bathrooms.

The project management scope was to manage the project from inception to conclusion including but not limited to procurement of the design team, formulation of a concept for approval, detailed design, tender documentation, main contractor procurement and management, authority’s approvals, key stakeholder communication and obtaining the Occupation Certificate (OC).

The key features of the project were to create a bright and modern A-Grade finish that Investa could use as the template for future floor refurbishments within the building.
