The floor accommodates the full range of modern workplace needs: reception areas, entertainment and wellness spaces, boardrooms, kitchen, meeting rooms and open plan office areas, each considered as part of a cohesive whole rather than a collection of individual fitout elements.
The design is anchored by three principles — immersive, luxurious and fluid. Inviting warmth sits alongside sleek contemporary detailing, with soft elements balanced against clean lines, polished surfaces and minimalist elegance. The result is a space that feels both comfortable and sophisticated, encouraging a natural flow between the warmth of organic materials and a refined modern aesthetic — the kind of environment that is increasingly difficult to achieve, and immediately apparent when it has been.
