Forge delivered a speculative fitout on Level 17 of this landmark 31-storey, A-grade tower — creating a premium, market-ready workspace in one of the city’s most sought-after commercial precincts. With floor plates of approximately 1,200m² across 27,200m² of net lettable area, and a live tenanted environment below, the work demanded precision and seamless coordination at every stage.
Speculative fitouts carry their own particular pressure — the space needs to appeal before a tenant is even in the room. Getting that right requires a sharp eye for quality and an intimate understanding of what occupiers actually want.
From design team procurement and authority approvals through to contractor management and occupation certification, Forge owned the full project lifecycle and managed stakeholder coordination in this busy, high-profile environment.
