Project details

The scope encompassed a full lobby refurbishment, architecturally integrated awnings along George Street, and modernised end-of-trip facilities brought in line with contemporary tenant expectations. Central to the project was a revitalised entry experience and the creation of a new through-site link, providing seamless pedestrian connectivity to Sydney Arcade and Pitt Street Mall. The intervention activated the ground plane and strengthened the building’s position to capitalise on increased foot traffic, supported by curated food and beverage offerings.

Forge managed this project as part of a broader asset repositioning strategy, running concurrently alongside multiple capital works programmes — a scope that demanded careful prioritisation, disciplined coordination and consistent stakeholder management across all workstreams.

The result is a future-ready asset with meaningfully improved market competitiveness, elevated tenant amenity and strengthened long-term value — delivered through considered design and execution that is evident in every layer of the finished product.
