The University is one of the largest employers in Christchurch and through its educational delivery and aligned associations with business and industry is a significant contributor to the Canterbury economy.
Project scope included coordinating the assessment of 250 buildings including 40 significant multi-storey structures, coordinating the design and construction of temporary learning and admin spaces to support the University as it works through the repair and upgrade work planned, coordinating associated services and managing the decanting and relocation of services across the campus.
