Situated in an old brickworks site in Eastwood, the Mill development comprised of 50 residential apartments over six levels and included two levels of basement carpark.
Scope for this project included procuring the consultant team, managing the design, preparing the project budget and completing cost reports through the project, procuring and managing the main contractor.
Due to the history of the site, significant consultation with Parramatta Council and heritage groups was completed to ensure the right outcome was achieved for all parties and the project ran smoothly.
