Forge were engaged to manage the full design and construction of a speculative fitout on Level 23. The fitout takes a refined, design-led approach, incorporating curved forms and arched elements to create a workspace that is both considered and commercially compelling — the kind of environment that attracts quality tenants.
Delivering within a premium live commercial environment required close coordination across design and construction teams throughout. Forge’s scope covered the full project lifecycle: procurement and management of the design team, authority approvals, stakeholder consultation, contractor engagement and management through construction, and through to obtaining occupation certification.
