Project details
The scope was technically involved: removal of existing inter-tenancy stairs, structural slab infills, four separate speculative suites, two lift lobby upgrades, and the cold shell fitout of an entire floor. Each suite was designed and delivered as a complete, market-ready workspace incorporating boardrooms, reception areas, entertainment spaces, kitchens and open plan office areas.
The design establishes a classic, timeless palette of neutral finishes, punctuated by muted, moody tones used sparingly to add depth and character. Clean lines and raw finishes bring a level of considered detail that keeps the spaces feeling refined.
