The fitout delivers a refined, contemporary interior palette defined by dark, sleek lines and warm accent finishes — a considered aesthetic that positions the suite strongly in a competitive leasing market. Achieving that result within a premium live commercial environment required careful coordination between design and construction teams at every stage.
Forge’s scope covered the full project lifecycle: procurement and management of the design team, authority approvals, stakeholder consultation, contractor engagement and management through construction, and obtaining occupation certification.
