Project details
During early investigations, Forge identified something the client hadn’t seen: a large ceiling void with potential. Rather than overlook it, we worked up the opportunity, secured Council approval, and delivered a 100m² mezzanine level that added new income and capital value to the asset.
Delivering a complex fitout inside a fully tenanted, live commercial environment requires exceptional coordination and stakeholder management. With 27,200m² of net lettable area in operation around us, and the added complexity of constructing an entirely new floor level, nothing could be left to chance.
Forge managed the full project lifecycle — from design team procurement and development approval through to construction management and occupation certification.
