This industrial building was previously occupied by a meat supplier located at Viscount Place, Liverpool, which suffered fire and water damage resulting in significant damage to the superstructure and internal fitout.
Faced with legislative constraints, council required the building to be restored to current BCA, DDA and Australian Standards. Forge’s staff enabled the successful remediation in a short time frame. The precast concrete building was restored with minimal business interruption to the tenant, owner and insurance company.
